Really Right Stuff SC-ARC quick release clamp

This clamp replaces the Really Right Stuff SR-LC.

The RRS quick-change clamp SC-ARC can safely accommodate 38 mm dovetail clamp profiles as well as the Picatinny profile thanks to the patented dual clamp design.

The SC-ARC quick release clamp attaches directly to any ARMS-17S compatible bipod or any other application requiring the ARMS-17S platform.

Compatible with the following bipods:

• B&T Industries' Atlas ARMS-17s bipods
• Thunder Beast Arms TBAC
• Magpul ARMS 17S Style
• other ARMS-17S applications

Characteristics :

• Easy Top Loading: With a quick flick of the wrist, the clamp can be switched from closed to fully open, allowing for easy top loading of Arca-Swiss compatible quick release plates;
• Visual confirmation of the locking position: you can easily see whether the lever is locked, half open or fully open
• R-LOCK function of the clamp consists of a 5mm pin that mates with the corresponding R-LOCK holes in the rail. The pin is spring loaded and automatically locks into the R-LOCK holes or is pressed down by non-R-LOCK rails, making it compatible with a larger number of "Arca-Type" rails. The user also has the option to unlock the pen at their discretion for quick repositioning.
• R-Lock R-LOCK (short for Rapid-Lock) system adds unique safety stop features integrated into both the mounting rail and quick release clamp and conforms to the RRS 1.5" standard. The advantage of the system is in that the user has multiple "hard stop" positions along the rail while maintaining smooth edges and corners for maximum ergonomics and a wear-resistant interface. The "hard stop" consists of a 5mm diameter steel pin which engages 5.5mm diameter holes in the rail. The interface not only complements the traditional friction-based clamping mechanism, but also prevents accidental adjustment of the rail within the clamp when the R-LOCK is activated.
