We are expanding our team and are offering the following position:
Gunsmith (m/f/d) with a strong affinity for sales
Are you a qualified gunsmith who understands how to translate technical expertise into compelling sales pitches? Do you have sufficient English skills for the professional world? Can you quickly identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions? Then join POL-TEC and actively contribute to our sales success. In this role, you will combine in-depth technical expertise with entrepreneurial thinking. You will provide expert advice to existing and new customers on our products, identify market potential, and strategically drive the expansion of our customer portfolio. Your technical expertise will build trust – your closing skills will generate sustainable growth.
Your tasks
- Technical consulting and solution-oriented sales of products requiring explanation
- Maintenance and repair of customer weapons
- Training of workshop staff
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
- Active acquisition of new customers and market observation
- Preparation of offers and support throughout the entire sales process until completion.
- Close collaboration with internal departments
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- German language skills at a native speaker level
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Impeccable reputation (police clearance certificate required)
- Experience in tendering or project assistance is desirable.
- Safe use of MS Office
- Independent, structured and meticulous work style
- Organizational skills and teamwork
- Good communication skills and a confident demeanor
- Discretion and independent work style
- An affinity for the products we sell is an advantage.

• Warenannahme
und -prüfung: Sie überwachen die ordnungsgemäße Annahme und Kontrolle von Warenlieferungen sowie die
Dokumentation der Warenmengen und -qualität
• Lagerverwaltung: Sie stellen die sachgerechte Einlagerung der Waren sicher,
optimieren Lagerflächen und behalten den
Überblick über Bestände und Abläufe
• Kommissionierung und Versand: Sie koordinieren die Kommissionierung von
Aufträgen und sorgen für eine termingerechte Auslieferung
an unsere Kunden
• Sicherheits- und Qualitätsmanagement: Sie achten auf die Einhaltung von
Sicherheitsvorgaben und Qualitätsstandards sowie auf eine
ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation aller Lagerprozesse
Ihr Profil
• Abgeschlossene
Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder eine
vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
• Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr hohe Eigenständigkeit und den Antrieb, Dinge eigenverantwortlich
umzusetzen
• Grundkenntnisse in MS-Office oder Lagerverwaltungssystemen sind wünschenswert
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
