Your tasks
- Purchasing of goods including contact with suppliers
- Ongoing inventory control
- Purchasing planning
- Order acceptance and processing of import/export
- General office and administrative tasks
- Customs clearance
- Creation of statistical reports and evaluations
- Analyzing, identifying and implementing processes
- Collaboration on logistics concepts and projects
- Contact person and consultant for specialist departments (purchasing, logistics, accounting and sales)
- Participation in trade fairs and events
your profile
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally as a freight forwarder
- Professional experience in foreign trade, customs, import/export
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Organizational talent, strong communication skills and a strong hands-on mentality
- Assertiveness, resilience and ability to work in a team
- Entrepreneurial, analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Very high level of independence and the drive to implement things independently
- Sound MS Office (Excel) knowledge
- Organizational, coordination and planning skills
