We are expanding our team and are offering the following position:
Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) - Tender Management
We are a dedicated team that implements projects with high quality and efficiency. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an administrative assistant (m/f/d) who will not only actively support our office in processing tenders and administrative tasks, but also handle these independently.
Your tasks
- Preparation, processing, and submission of offers and tender documents
- Maintenance and management of project data, deadlines, and documents
- Communication with clients, partners, and internal project stakeholders
- Support of the project manager with organizational and administrative tasks
- Preparation and follow-up of contracts, calculations, and offers
- Creation of presentations, reports, and correspondence
- General office organization and scheduling
Your profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
Native-level German skills - Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Impeccable character (police clearance certificate required)
- Experience in tendering or project assistance is desirable
- Proficient in MS Office
- Independent, structured, and meticulous work style
- Organizational skills and teamwork abilities
- Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor
- Discretion and the ability to work independently
- An affinity for the products we distribute is advantageous
