Rapid Adjust Sling (RAS)

The TAB GEAR Rapid Adjust Sling (RAS) is an evolution of the regular TAB GEAR sling and offers additional adjustability. The RAS sling is similar to the regular TAB GEAR sling except for the rear portion of the loop, which the shooter can pull over the upper arm and tighten.

Features of the RAS Sling:

• Quick Adjust Feature: The RAS Sling allows the shooter to easily adjust the sling for different shooting positions. The Rapid Adjust Buckle, located between the shooter's loop and the front carabiner, allows for quick and precise adjustment without the need to mark the sling for different positions.
• Unconventional deployment methods: For a right-handed shooter who carries the rifle muzzle down from the right shoulder at the front of the body, the sling can be adjusted simply by getting into a shooting position and pulling the sling on. Instead of putting the arm into the protector loop, the entire body is inserted into the loop and the rifle is tightened. This method is faster and just as stable.
• Barricade Shooting Position: When shooting from a barricade, the shooter can keep the rifle in the front position to tighten the sling. The support arm can be used to grip the stock of the rifle and place the elbow on the sling to apply downward pressure, which conforms the sling to the barricade and greatly reduces movement in the scope.
